By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to join the Simple Business Suite Affiliate Program.
2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To enroll, complete the application form available at Affiliate Sign-Up Page. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Commissions
Affiliates will earn a 20% recurring commission for every user they refer who subscribes to the Simple Business Suite™. Commissions are paid on a net 30 basis, meaning payments will be made on the 30th day of the month following the previous month. Commissions will not be paid on refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.
4. Cookie Duration
The affiliate tracking cookie lasts for 365 days. If a referred user subscribes within this period, the affiliate will receive the commission.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are made on the 30th day of the month following the previous month (net 30). Affiliates must have a valid PayPal account on file to receive payments.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may use the promotional materials provided in the affiliate portal. Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical advertising practices.
7. Affiliate Portal and Support
Affiliates will have access to a portal to track their payments, referred users, and access promotional graphics and swipe copy. For any questions or support, affiliates can contact us via our Support Center.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the affiliate violates any terms and conditions.
9. Compliance Requirements
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
10. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the payment procedures and affiliate program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to the affiliate, their only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
11. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lake County, Indiana without regard to its conflicts of laws and principles.
By signing up for the Simple Business Suite Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
