These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Simple Business Suite™ (the "Service"). By signing up for and using the Service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Subscription
1.1 Monthly Subscription
Your subscription will be billed automatically at a rate of $67 per month or $737 per year.
1.2 Email Sending Fees
You will be charged $0.02 per email sent. This fee will be billed on an ongoing basis.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Billing
Your payment method will be charged automatically upon signing up for your account. Email sending fees will be charged separately and billed on an ongoing basis.
2.2 Payment Method
You must provide a valid payment method when signing up for the Service. You authorize Simple Business Suite to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fee, email sending fees, and any applicable taxes.
2.3 Failed Payments
If your payment fails, your account will be suspended until your payment method is updated. If you payment method is not updated, you will lose access to your data and the Service.
3. Cancellation & Termination
3.1 Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.
3.2 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms & Conditions or non-payment.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds are not provided for any partial months of service or for the email sending fees incurred. Once charged, payments are non-refundable.
4. Account Use & Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Simple Business Suite™ is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
4.2 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including email marketing laws and data privacy regulations.
4.3 Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited emails, or engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these rules.
5. Data & Privacy
5.1 Data Use
We collect and store information as necessary to provide the Service. By using the Service, you agree to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Data Retention
Upon termination of your account, we may retain your data for a period as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes, after which it will be deleted. The only information that you will be able to take with you are your email contacts.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Simple Business Suite™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/country in which Simple Business Suite™ is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the Starter account, you won't have access to a website. You can build landing pages in the funnel builder but will need to upgrade to the full tier to get access to a website.
Yes! You get unlimited media storage for images and videos but there are file size limits:
Maximum file size allowed:
• Videos - 4GB
• Documents - 100MB
• Audio - 100MB
• Images - 100MB
