• Connecting payment providers (ie: Stripe, PayPal..etc)
• Booking calendar for calls, meetings..etc.
• Phone number - purchasing, setting up and testing
• Social media planner setup and connections (ie: Facebook, Instagram, Google..etc)
• Updating your business profile (ie: availability, business information, team members..etc)

During this second call, we'll answer any questions you have about your account to ensure you understand how to use it.

You can add the account setup for an additional, one-time fee at checkout.

Yes, your account comes with tons of stats on your customers, website, sales funnels, emails and more.

The Simple Business Suite™ integrates with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X and Pinterest.

You can also connect your Google My Business page.

Yes! Your account comes with a funnel builder that has very powerful one-click up and downsells.

This will allow you to increase your average order total and generate more revenue in your business.

You can send 7,000 emails for free each month. If you need additional emails beyond that point, it's .002 per email sent.

If you choose to collect payments in the Simple Business Suite™, you can choose from a variety of different providers including, but not limited to, Stripe, PayPal, Square, NMI, Authorize.net, PayFast, Paystack, Deposyt, Noomerik, Padlock Pay and more!

Additionally, if you use Stripe, your account will come with Buy Now, Pay Later options (ie: Affirm, Klarna..etc) & any other internal Stripe providers (ie: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay..etc).

If you use PayPal, your account will include Pay Later. Both options are great ways to increase sales.

If you have questions about a specific payment provider that's not listed, please ask.

⚙️ Account Setup

If you'd like our team to set up your account for you, we offer this for an additional one-time fee which is due at checkout.

This includes:

• Setting up the most important elements of your account (ie: domain, emails, text messaging, calendar..etc)

• A private tech support call to ensure your account is set up properly

• A private training call to ensure you know how to use all aspects of your account.

💌 Email Marketing

Your monthly/annual payment includes 7,000 emails per month. We’ve noticed this is enough for most of our people but if you need more, the cost is .002 per email sent.

Please keep in mind that this is all emails - campaigns to your full list, emails in automations (ie: welcome sequence..etc).

For example, if you have an email list of 1000 people and you send 1 email per week for 4 weeks to your full list, that’s 4,000 emails.

Plus, if you have 100 new people join your email list and go through a 4 email welcome sequence, that’s 400 more emails (1 email/person) totaling 4,400 emails/month.

🤖 Automations

The majority of automations in the Simple Business Suite™ DO NOT require an additional payment, however, if you choose to use our premium triggers/actions the cost is .003 per automation.

This is a very cost-effective solution because you are only charged for what you use.

Premium triggers/actions include - 

- Inbound & custom webhooks (does not include outbound webhooks - ie: sending to Airtable)

- Sending messages to Slack

- Sending data to Google Sheets

- Custom GPT automations

💬 Text Messages

The cost is .02 per message. Please keep in mind that rates may differ by region.

🌐 WordPress Hosting

If you'd like to use the Simple Business Suite™ to host your existing Wordpress site and/or blog, there is an additional fee of $19/month. This is an alternative to Siteground.

📲 Branded Mobile App

If you'd like a branded app for your courses, memberships or communities, there is an additional fee of $79/month to help us cover costs from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

📱 WhatsApp

If you choose to use WhatsApp, there is an additional cost of $29/month to cover integration costs from Meta.

✔️ Meta Ads Manager

If you choose to run your Meta ads from the Suite, there is an additional cost of $19/month to cover integration costs from Meta.

Yes! You can purchase domains for future websites, funnels..etc right inside the Suite.

This will help you simplify your tech and allow you to seamlessly connect your domain to your pages.

If you purchased a domain elsewhere (ie: NameCheap, GoDaddy..etc), you can integrate your domain inside of the Suite in a few steps.

Yes, you're not locked into a contract so you can cancel at any time.
